Daily Tips

  • Reduce the intake of spicy food, oily food, baked food, sugar content drinks. Replace it with bread, sugar free drinks.
  • Eat more for breakfast, eat decent for lunch and eat less for dinner. Don’t order any food after you have finish food on your plate. If you feel that you are still hungry, wait for another 20 minutes before ordering another plate. Our brain needs 20 minutes to get the full message from the stomach.
  • Reduce eating out habits. Food prepare by restaurant are normally high fat, high calories. We can manage our own cook food.
  • A cup of fresh juice is healthier than a cup of soft drinks, and they tend to have same calories. Plain water is the best!
  • Have light taste meal.
  • Have a cup of water & salad before meal, and have a 30 to 60 minutes workout before meal.
  • Mentally issue: Release pressure, relax
  • Drink at least six to eight glasses of water per day.
  • Choose whole grain breads and cereals.

You are full of power at this age. Your heart beat, flexibility of your bones, body balancing & elasticity are the best. You should prepare and must stick on to your daily exercise. Don’t wait till you reach age of 30 because it is a lot more difficult to slim down at this stage.

Method to strengthen your body:
You should focus on your chest, back, thigh and hip exercise. Exercise like dancing, swimming, jogging is the economy way to strengthen your body. Dancing is the best because it can coordinate your body, and perfect your body shape.

You should not always on diet because it can cause malnutrition, thus affect your health & wellness. You are not advisable to take any weight control medicine or join any slimming course at this stage, it is always better to slim naturally. Don’t have to spend a lot for those classy fitness centres, where you can look good too on the costless exercise.
