How to quit smoking

  • Start now, quit completely or reduce the smoking frequency. You will success within 3 to 4 months.
  • Throw away all your cigarettes, lighters, matchbox & ashtray.
  • Avoid joining activities that have smoking taking place.
  • Drink water, eat some fruits or go out for a walk after your meal, to change your mind of a cigarette after a meal.
  • When you feel that you want to smoke, try to have some breathing exercise or have some chewing gum instead of eating all junk food.
