Weight Loss Recipe 1
  • Morning: A boil egg, a cup of milk, half apple with potatoes, hams and some salad sauce.
  • Lunch: A bowl of rice with vegetables
  • Diner: Eat around 7pm, and don’t eat anything after 9pm.If you feel hungry, eat some fruits.
  • Drink a cup of fruit juice before sleep, no sugar please.
  • With moderate exercise.

Weight Loss Recipe 2

  • Consume 2 cups of water after you wake up every morning.
    Breakfast: Vegetable drinks 200cc
  • Lunch: Yogurt 500g
  • Dinner : Vegetable drinks 200cc
  • Before Sleep: 1-2 cup of water

Weight Loss Recipe 3

  • Breakfast: A cup of skim milk or coffee (Without sugar) + 1 boil egg
  • An apple start from 12pm, eat an apple every 2 hours until 8pm. Total of 5 apples. No more food before sleep.
  • Have this recipe for 1 day only.

Weight Loss Recipe 4

  • Breakfast: 1 Whole meal toast, 1 boil egg, 1 cup of Skim milk, 1 cup of tea
  • Lunch: 1 cup of Skim milk, boil chicken breast, boil green vege, 1 apple or tomato
  • Dinner: You choose your own food provided it is without carbohydrates and meat.
  • You will loss up to 6kg in 5 days, remember to drink at least 2500-3000cc of water everyday.

  • Day 1 : Drink only Honey, and add with tea
  • Day 2 & 3: Normal meal, but don’t eat too much
  • Day 4: Drink only Honey
  • Day 5 & 6: Normal meal, but don’t eat too much
  • Normally you will loss up to 3-4 kg after 1 week. If you feel that you can not live without food, try to choose 1 meal a day to drink only honey.
